(When registering for more than 1 person, click on "Continue Shopping" to register the additional participant. )

Your journey is done lying down.  Please bring a yoga mat, we will have a few available if needed.

You will be led through a journey with music and supportive narration, by Kate, your certified breath coach.  We will consciously and gently manipulate the breath.  This allows you to get out of the monkey mind and drop into your body.  The combination of narration speaking to your subconscious mind and the music arch taking you on a journey to release is a powerful healing experience.  When we get out of our minds and drop into our bodies, we can unlock hidden blocks and traumas allowing them to be released.  Our somatic release is a scream, or a growl, or anything you feel called to do. Nothing is perfectly ok too!  We then lock in beautiful feelings of tranquility through visualization to end our journeys cultivating the beautiful feelings we want to leave with.

Kate’s mission is to help heal the collective.  Please click on the link below for more information about Kate at  Somatic Breathwork – Stronger Soul Coaching

Please arrive 15 min prior to 4:00 PM so you can get settled in!
